Thank you for participating in our 2022 Health & Heritage Step a Thon. The H&H was designed for the purpose of encouraging health awareness, while raising funds for the purpose of continuing our investment into programming and strategic methods that prepare and shape the next generation of children and youth for the world! Your steps and contributions help us to Step for the Next Generation!!

Rules

Stepping Goal: We are asking Steppers to take 5,000 steps, at 5¢ per step, to help us reach 200,000 steps total, and raise $10,000. Every step helps us invest in our Health, Children & Youth Programing, and Missions Work in the Community!

Three Ways You Can Help Pledge: 

1) Help Us Spread the Word: Share this link faithjourneyumc.org/stepathon with at least 2 friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, groups, or office teams to join by making a pledge of 5,000 steps @5¢ per step! NOTE: They are responsible for securing their own sponsors for their step pledge.

2) Personal Pledge: You can make a personal pledge of 5,000 steps @5¢ per step, and ask friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, office teams to join you in your pledge goal! NOTE: You are responsible for securing your own sponsors for your step pledge.

3) Make a generous donation!!

Steppers: Are in encouraged to seek sponsors to make a pledge toward their walk! All Steppers will receive a unique sponsor link upon registering for the Step-A-Thon to forward via text msg or email to your sponsors to make their pledge.

Sponsors: All steppers are responsible for inviting sponsors of your choosing to pledge .05 cents for every step that you will take.

Monies from Sponsors Due:

  1. Nov. 4, 2021 For Virtual Steppers sponsorship monies to be turned in.

  2. Nov. 4, 2021 For In-Person Steppers sponsorship monies to be turned in.

    DISCLAIMER: 5,000 steps is the individual/group/office team, or organization goal. However, if you choose to do more steps you are more than welcome to do so!

Step Tracking: Must use a stepping App to record/track your steps.

Park Rules: for In-person Steppers: no pets, no alcohol, and no loud music. This is a nature park.
